Delete your CarCost account

You can delete your CarCost account and all cloud data at any time.

Delete in the app (fastest)

  1. 1Open the CarCost app and sign in.
  2. 2Go to Settings › Account › Delete account.
  3. 3Type "XÓA" (DELETE) to confirm, then verify your identity again.
  4. 4You are signed out on every device; cloud data is permanently deleted after 30 days. Sign in again within 30 days to cancel.

What is deleted and what is kept

Deleted: your account, email, cars, expense records, receipt photos, reminders, simulations, settings and push tokens.

Kept: community data you shared in anonymous form (it cannot be linked to you) and the legally required record that your request was handled (without your email).

Premium bought through the App Store/Google Play is not cancelled by deleting your account — cancel the renewal in the store settings.

Request deletion on the website

Can’t access the app anymore? Verify your account email with a 6-digit code, then confirm the deletion. You will be signed out on every device.
